Nature of Photoelectric Effect in a Ge-on-Si SPAD at Ultralow Energy in Incident Pulsed Laser Radiation

نویسندگان

چکیده

The photoelectric effect in a Ge-on-Si single-photon avalanche detector (SPAD) at an ultralow energy incident pulsed laser radiation is considered the frame of classical theory electrodynamics continuous media. It shown that which shared among huge number electrons Ge matrix can concentrate on only one these through constructive interference fields re-emitted by surrounding electrons. Conservation this case upheld because substantial narrowing effective bandgap heavily doped p-Ge, used design SPAD considered.

Ge-on-Si laser operating at room temperature.

Monolithic lasers on Si are ideal for high-volume and large-scale electronic-photonic integration. Ge is an interesting candidate owing to its pseudodirect gap properties and compatibility with Si complementary metal oxide semiconductor technology. Recently we have demonstrated room-temperature photoluminescence, electroluminescence, and optical gain from the direct gap transition of band-engin...

the effect of e-64 on the developmental competence of sheep cocs during in vitro maturation

in the present study, the effect of e-64 at different concentrations (0.5, 1, 5 and 10 µm) added to (1) the ivm medium on oocyte nuclear maturation and developmental competence of ovine oocytes, and (2) to the ivc medium on embryonic development of ovine embryos were investigated.
